We will do our best to fulfill all orders but in exceptional cases, such as where supplies are unobtainable or temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to suggest an alternative item or let you know the time scale for delivery.
Returns Policy: Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they are reported to Oracle CCTV within 5 days of receipt. We request that that all customers open packages and check the contents as soon as possible after receipt. In addition, goods will only be replaced if they are found to be broken in transit or if a problem has occurred during production.
Goods ordered in error will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. Return delivery is at the customers expense. Any delivery charges are not refundable. Please ensure you choose the correct item before ordering.
Products purchased from Oracle CCTV are covered by a One Year guarantee. Some products have an extended guarantee direct with the product manufacturer. If you have purchased a product which has gone faulty within a year of the purchase, you will need to download and complete our RMA form before we will exchange the product. If you return your product without completing an RMA form, your product will be returned to you without any exchange or replacement taking place.
You statutory rights are not affected in any way. |
