We reserve the right to refuse to supply products to a person/company for whatever reason at our discretion. We are not obligated to inform you as to why this decision was made if this is so. Primarily, we will refuse to supply you with products if you or your company has a bad payment history. We use RiskDisk and Barclays Credit Manager for credit vetting purposes (none of which will show up on your account as a credit search).
If we do not have a particular product in stock which you have ordered, we reserve the right to source your product elsewhere. If the price is higher, we will contact you via the email account you provided. You have the choice as to whether or not you wish to proceed with the order, or alternatively cancel without any penalty. Under these circumstances, we will fully refund any monies paid in relation to the cancelled order.
Payments made by Cheque or Bank Transfer will delay the distribution of your order. We will NOT release products without confirmation of any form of payment. None of our products are available for evaluation purposes.
We accept most Credit and Debit cards which can be used in payment of your order. You will not be charged any surcharges for this type of transaction.
